Refund policy

 

At Anees Fragrance, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order. Due to the nature of fragrance products, some restrictions apply for hygiene and safety reasons.

1. Returns Due to Damaged or Incorrect Items

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking
  • You received the wrong item/fragrance than what you ordered
  • The product is defective (faulty spray pump, packaging fault, etc.)

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/video of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Photos of the outer packaging (if damaged during shipping)

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or sprayed
  • Products without original packaging, seal, or box
  • Sample sets and tester sets once opened
  • Change-of-mind returns (e.g., "I don't like the scent")

Since fragrance is a personal-preference product, we strongly recommend trying our sample/tester sets before purchasing a full-size bottle.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa
  • For online paid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method

4. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement of the same product, or
  • A full refund

Exchanges for a different fragrance/product (non-damage related) are not offered once the item has left our facility, unless the wrong item was shipped by mistake.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us directly
  • Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
