  • Major Cities: 2-4 business days
  • Other Cities/Remote Areas: 4-7 business days

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
  • We may offer free delivery on select orders or promotional periods — any such offer will be mentioned on the website or product page.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on all orders unless stated otherwise.
  • Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready and be available at the provided address during delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details (if applicable) will be shared with you via SMS/WhatsApp/call so you can monitor your delivery status.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept COD, the order may be returned to us.
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation, and re-shipping charges may apply for a second attempt.
