  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and/or online payment methods as available on the website.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with the customer notified and refunded if payment was made.

4. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within our stated business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information (name, address, phone number). We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect details.
  • For COD orders, customers are expected to be available to receive and pay for their order upon delivery.
